2011 Pinot Noir – 2011 produced a remarkably wonderful wine that took a DOUBLE GOLD in the Oregon Wine Awards, a GOLD in the Pinot Noir Shootout and Northwest Food and Wine Festival. 2011 was a late harvest. The good news is that a late harvest means slow, steady ripening. The grapes get everything they need out of the plant, out of the ground and out of the air and put it into the wine. The wines gives us the taste of black cap raspberries, roasted almonds and the smoke of autumn leaves. Drink this Pinot by itself or with almost any food. Alcohol. 12.7% by volume.
